Refund & Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy

Amped & Co® will accept returns on unopened and unused items purchased from ampedandco.com within 30 days of the order date.

A refund or exchange on your purchase is available for all regular priced items, excluding sale items and promotional periods. (Promotion codes used at check-out do not apply as a "sale item" or "promotional period").

The return window for holiday season will begin on Nov 29, 2019 and end on December 31, 2019. All regular priced items purchased during this period will have an extended return window for unopened/unused products until January 31, 2020.

The above return policy applies only to delivery addresses in contiguous USA. International orders excluded, please check the Shipping FAQ for more information. 

Submitting a Return Request 

We hope you love your purchase but sometimes things change, and we get that. To request a return email support@ampedandco.com with the following information:

1. Use a subject line below. Copy/paste:

a) Return within 30 days of ordering - unopened/unused products
b) Return within 30 days of ordering - opened/used products
c) Return or exchange for sale items 
d) Return or exchange after 30 days of ordering
e) Warranty Claim
f) Exchange request within 30 days 
2. Add your order number to the end of the subject line.
3. Describe your reason for returning.

Refunds

Refunds are applied within 1-5 business days of receiving the return to the same payment method as originally used in the order, less a restocking fee of $2.95 per item and any applicable pre-paid shipping label costs.

We will notify you with the email address provided in your RA or support ticket. Amped & Co® reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at their discretion if returns fall out of policy. 

Exchanges

All product exchanges on new/unused items requested within the 30 days of the policy will be accepted. Email support@ampedandco.com with your order number and subject line: "Exchange request within 30 days ".

Damage and Warranty Claims

For damaged and used product refund requests: please provide proof of defect when requesting a refund on opened and used products. Contact support with video or photo evidence of damages or defects within the warranty period. Refunds will only be generated, once approval is confirmed. Please provide as much detailed information as possible to help us resolve quickly for you.

Amped & Co® will replace items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing, warranty claims, or shipping that is not covered under carrier insurance policies. Follow the Return Request instructions above, and add the following information to your email:

a) Photos of the damage 
b) Photos of the shipping box and packing slip 
c) Photo of the product label code for replacement for My Cinema Lightbox products and neon desk lights only. This code will be found on the label on the back of the lightbox product. Or for neon desk lights, the label is on the bottom of the base. 
d) Keep all packaging, receipts, packing lists, and shipping box until the claim is resolved. 

Packaging Your Return

Please use the same shipping box and filler material your shipment was originally packaged in. If not possible, ensure the shipping box is void-filled properly with no space for the returned products to shift around. Void fill all empty spaces with air pockets, bubble wrap, or paper/cardboard. For all real neon returns, we recommend taking a photo showing the glass in the foam (not broken) prior to shipping. In case it is broken on inspection, we can open a shipping damage claim with the carrier if a pre-paid label was used.

Shipping Your Return

All returns must be authorized through the help desk support ticket system. We will provide you with an RA (return authorization) number and return address instructions.

Please note, in most cases the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We are able to provide pre-paid return labels for orders placed on ampedandco.com only, deductible from the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A trackable shipping service is recommended, without proof of a return we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Policy Guidelines

To be eligible for a qualified refund, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A refund or exchange on an accepted return will be generated once the unused item has been received and processed back into inventory by our fulfillment center. An inspection is performed on every returned unit and we will be notified if the return is either accepted back into inventory or not in a sellable unused condition. 

Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and a $2.95 per item restocking/inspection fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Amped & Co® is not responsible or liable for lost returns or items returned in open and/or used condition. Items that are not in resellable condition and cannot be returned to inventory are destroyed or donated.
