THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented junior superstar to support our operations and customer service. This is primarily an administrative data entry role combined with email/chat customer service for our wholesale and direct to consumer brands.

 

The role requires daily order entry and order fulfillment monitoring  plus management of our customer support ticket helpdesk. In addition to daily tasks, the role entails assisting in special projects to create efficiencies such as  creating insightful shipping and logistics reports, along with automated customer service initiatives.

STUFF WE'LL TRUST YOU WITH:

Managing day-to-day warehouse operations including:

  • Order entry for all B2B and large retail orders with detailed routing requirements
  • Order audit and approvals for D2C, promotional, and replacement orders
  • Monitoring the status of orders multiple times throughout the day correcting for errors and communicating with the warehouse
  • Inputting receiving orders, creating commercial invoices, booking freights
  • Drop-shipping programs

 

Monitoring inventory levels across multiple countries and warehouses

 

Maximizing efficiency and minimizing expenditure by monitoring shipping carriers and costs, creating weekly reports, understanding best-practices and alternative solutions

 

Data entry, analyzing ,and organizing logistics invoices

 

Level 1 customer support for D2C email and chat customer service tickets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree with experience in operations, project management, or quantitative analysis experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and proven experience in operations or customer service

  • Advanced Excel skills, google drive experience, and proficient apps abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving and prioritizing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in wholesale order processing and/or Amazon is a preference
