- Vetting and responding promptly to new inbound leads

- Punctual and accurate responses to email and phone follow-up for existing and new accounts
- Building strong customer relationships and representing our brand and company goals
- Accurate weekly sales reporting on activity, orders, and lead management
- Meeting and aiming to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Efficient use of CRM to manage prospects
- Being a team player with high level of dedication
- Participation in wholesale tradeshows twice yearly in both Canada and USA, travel required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales, and demonstrated knowledge of the the sales process from lead generation to negotiating to closing
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, particularly with fast-paced order taking environments
- Excellent written skills – i.e. a good email writer and communicator who understands how to address customer needs and close sales via email
- Proven ability to be a solutionist - understanding customer needs combined with furthering our business goals, and being able to independently offer correct and efficient problem solving solutions
- Good computer skills, proficient use of google drive tools
